Professor gets it wrong, lead by his elitist views – Trump can win.
Associate Professor in American Politics at the United States Studies Centre at the University of Sydney Brendon O’Connor said there was no way Trump could not possibly win this elections.
Professor claims that: “This pattern of misogyny that Trump is now associated with will change voters’ behaviour.”
I am afraid it is where professor gets it wrong.
- Trump’s behavior is seen as ‘misogyny’ by only a fraction of people. The conversations in sport lockers, tradesman’s vans and building construction sites are like that every day and considered normal. Such conversation may shock an academic working in his ‘feelings protected’ environment, but is accepted elsewhere as ‘normal’. It does not mean that Trump’s remarks are acceptable, but they are accepted.
- Hillary’s cover up of her political mishups, elitist position, past indiscretions of Bill’s and the way she took part in covering up are seen by ordinary folk as much worse that Trump’s machismo.
